What time will an inspection take place?

Inspections may be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. A specific timeframe may be requested when submitting an inspection request in MaintStar, however that timeframe is not guaranteed. The confirmed timeframe for an inspection will be available in MaintStar the morning of the inspection. It is best to contact the Building Inspectors during their office hours, which are typically 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., and 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
