Join the fun at the East County Intergenerational (IG) Games!

During the IG Games, active older adults (age 50+) are teamed up with youth for a morning of educational and physical activities (the activities are typically non-competitive and not rigorous). The mission of the IG Games is to increase mutual understanding and respect between generations and to promote healthy, active, life-long behaviors.
 
The Intergenerational Games will be held on Thursday, October 11, from 9:30 AM to
12:00 PM at La Mesa Arts Academy located at 4200 Parks Avenue in La Mesa.
This marks the 13th year the City of La Mesa is hosting this event.
