FREE PAPER SHREDDING EVENT IN LA MESA
 
La Mesa…Don’t discard – shred your household documents in a quick, secure and easy way.
 
The City of La Mesa in partnership with EDCO is sponsoring another free paper shredding event for La Mesa residents on Saturday, November 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the City Hall parking lot, located at 8130 Allison Ave.
 
Limited to two bankers boxes (10”x12”x15”) per household and the shredding will be done onsite by a professional company. No appointment necessary.
 
EDCO will also be providing electronic waste (e-waste) collection for items such as: computer components, TVs, VCRs, DVD players, radios, small household appliances (not containing Freon), printers and scanners, stereo equipment, telephones, and cellular phones.
 

Free mulch will also be available for self-loading. Be sure to bring gloves and a shovel for loading. Limit of 5 cans/bags per vehicle.
