Join the La Mesa Park & Recreation Foundation
in partnership with the City of La Mesa to celebrate a FREE family-friendly Earth Day Fair
on Saturday, April 9 from 10 AM to 1 PM 
at MacArthur Park, 4900 Memorial Drive, La Mesa

The event welcomes all ages and will showcase fun, educational, and sustainable activities, products, and services.

• Bike Rodeo – Bicycle helmet fitting and giveaways (while supplies last), skills course, and educational materials    - (Bring a bike and helmet!)
• Community Garden – Garden tour, seed give-a-ways,
• Electric Car Display – Check out electric vehicles that help lower the carbon footprint
• Kids Zone – Enjoy a fun obstacle course, cornhole, arts & crafts, and educational activities
• Fix-it Clinic - Bring your broken, non-functioning items: electronics, appliances, computers, toys, etc. for assessment, disassembly, and possible repair
• Food Truck – Simply Fresh Gourmet Food Truck - Keep it Simple! Keep it Fresh!
• Mad Science – Entertaining and educational science show
• Tree ID Walk – Guided tour, tree seed packs, and information
