Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol (RSVP)
A highly visible segment of our work force are the members of the department’s retired senior volunteer patrol.
These active seniors donate their time to patrol the city, conduct
vacation security checks, visit elderly and home-bound citizens, and provide information and
services to the public at the La Mesa Police Department headquarters, located at 8085 University Avenue.
