Active Development Projects
- The Active Development Projects List lists the project location, type of development, a brief description, the name of the applicant, and the current status of the project.
- The Interactive Development Project Map shows the location and provides a rendering of the proposed project.
The list and map are updated monthly.
Community Development Department Administrative Hearings
The Community Development Department conducts public hearings on an as-needed basis on Mondays at 5:00 PM. Public hearings are required for certain development applications and certain other actions, such as Tentative Parcel Maps. A staff report, draft Notice of Decision, and project-related materials are available for review for hearing items. If you have any questions or would like to provide any comments, you may attend the hearing as described in the public notice, contact the project planner, or contact the Planning Division at firstname.lastname@example.org or 619-667-1177. Please be sure to reference the project number in your communication.

Notices of Decision
Pending determinations on administrative Notices of Decision are posted here for a minimum of five (5) calendar days for public review and comment. A staff report, draft Notice of Decision, and project-related materials are available for review for pending determinations.
