COUNTYWIDE REDEVELOPMENT 
SUCCESSOR AGENCY OVERSIGHT BOARD
Health & Safety Code § 34179(j) established the consolidated Countywide Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Board to oversee the activities of all 17 Redevelopment Successor Agencies in the San Diego County area, thereby replacing all other area Redevelopment Successor Agency Oversight Boards effective July 1, 2018.
 
City of La Mesa Successor Agency Oversight Board - History
The La Mesa Community Redevelopment Agency (LMCRA) was dissolved on February 1, 2012 by State Law (AB1X26). AB1X26 established a Successor Agency Oversight Board to oversee the winding down of the former Redevelopment Agency. Payment Schedules
State Law also required the City of La Mesa Successor Agency of the LMCRA to post the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS):

Actions by the Oversight Board to the Successor Agency to the La Mesa Community Redevelopment Agency relating to the transfer of ownership of real property assets were taken pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Sections 34181(c) and 34181(f).

Housing Asset Fund Annual Report
Pursuant to Senate Bill 341, the City of La Mesa in its capacity as Housing Successor Agency is required to conduct and provide to its governing body an independent financial audit of the Low and Moderate Income Housing Asset Fund. SB 341 also requires that the Housing Successor Agency post the specified information on its website.
