5. CONSIDERATION OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA 18-01 (WINDMILL CONSTRUCTION, INC.) TO ASSIGN A LAND USE DESIGNATION OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO A VACANT 5,482 SQUARE-FOOT LOT FRONTING GROSSMONT BOULEVARD KNOWN AS ASSESSOR’S TAX PARCEL 491-260-19-00, SUBJECT TO LAFCO APPROVAL OF ANNEXATION

Staff recommends the Council adopt the resolution adopting General Plan Amendment GPA 18-01 (Windmill Construction, Inc.) to designate a vacant lot on Grossmont Boulevard, currently located in San Diego County (APN 491-260-19-00) for Rural Residential land use.
